Additional Notes	Kendal at Longwood will begin a major cafe renovation in April, 2023 that will finish by the end of the year. Beginning in the second quarter 2024, Kendal at Longwood will break ground for a new expanded Health Center offering neighborhoods of Personal Care and Skilled Nursing on one floor. This project will also add 19 new Independent Living apartments on the ground floor with square footage ranging from approximately 850 to 1,500 sq. ft. Construction is expected to begin in Spring of 2024.
