Can residents hire their own caregivers in independent living?

1

A benefit, unique to Essex Meadows, is that we do not have an Assisted Living Wing. We have an Assisted living license and bring that care to our residents in their own dwelling. It does not require a move. Making a move when one's health is declining makes that decline much more rapid. Additionally, it is nice for a couple not to have to split up when one of them needs AL care.
