Under normal circumstances, we offer direct outside entry to our Memory Support and Assisted Living areas on a space-available basis, with priority to contracted residents moving from cottages or apartments. Additional Notes
In 2023, Kendal at Oberlin embarked on a new Master Plan, with plans to update and renovate key areas of the campus over a period of years. Phase 1 has been completed and includes updates to our Stephens Care Center Phase 2 will focus on improvements to our dining and food production areas, as well as our main entrance area. Planning is under way and work is expected to begin in spring of 2025.
