Additional Notes
In 2026 our community has undergone a refresh of our common spaces, such as our fitness and aquatics center, dining venues, community rooms, residents' hallways and common spaces and our Health center. Our community refresh will be completed by spring of 2027. We have expanded our independent living options by adding 14 new Carriage homes that are 2,000 square feet to 2,400 square feet in size. Those are scheduled for completion by Fall of 2026
