We do not have assisted living apartments at this time. When expansion opens, we will have 18 1- and 2-bedroom apartments available. Opening Fall of 2025. Currently we provide memory care suites, rehabilitation and long-term care (skilled nursing suites).

Trillium Woods is breaking ground for a new expansion in April 2024. This expansion will include 52 new Independent Living residences, 18 Assisted Living apartments and 16 Memory Care suites. Opening is expected in Fall 2025. Reservations are being taken now!
