myLifeSite Welcomes Laura McHale as Operations & Executive Support Coordinator

June 5, 2026– myLifeSite recently announced the appointment of Laura McHale as Operations & Executive Support Coordinator. In her new role, Laura will support the company’s operational, administrative, and customer support functions, while providing executive support to the leadership team.
Laura brings more than a decade of experience in business operations, integrated marketing, partnership management, and organizational coordination. Prior to joining myLifeSite, she held leadership and operational roles with organizations including Vertical IQ and Shibumi Shade, where she developed a reputation for strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to helping teams achieve their goals.
At myLifeSite, Laura plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations that enable the company to serve its growing customer base. While much of her work takes place behind the scenes, she also assists with customer communications, coordination efforts, and operational initiatives that contribute to a positive customer experience.
“I’m excited to join a company that plays such a big role in helping families navigate one of the most important financial decisions they will ever make,” said Laura. “Having watched my parents support my grandparents through the entire senior living decision-making process, I understand firsthand how complex and emotional the journey can be for families. That experience makes myLifeSite’s mission especially meaningful to me. I’m looking forward to supporting our customers, partners, and team as we provide the tools to help more families gain the clarity, education, and confidence they need to make informed decisions.”
Brad Breeding, Co-Founder and CEO of myLifeSite, said Laura’s broad operational experience and people-first approach make her a valuable addition to the growing organization.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Laura in various ways in the past, and always admired her attention to detail, work ethic, and character. When the opportunity arose for her to join our team at myLifeSite, we jumped at the chance. She’ll be a great fit for our organization, and I know our senior living customers will really enjoy getting to know her.”
myLifeSite’s decision-support platform, including its flagship product MoneyGauge™, helps senior living organizations address one of the most common barriers to decision-making: financial uncertainty. By providing educational resources and personalized financial assessment tools, myLifeSite helps prospective residents gain greater clarity and confidence while enabling sales teams to identify and engage financially qualified prospects earlier in the journey.
As the company continues to grow, Laura’s operational leadership will help support new initiatives and ensure a high level of service for customers and partners.
